Returns policy

To begin a return and refund you must first contact us  to express the want to return your product. 

We provide you with our return address, where you will send your products back to us. 

In order to receive a full refund all products would be expected to be returned to us in its original and resalable state. 

Once we receive your return we endeavour to issue your refund the same working day (please allow 1-5 days for your card provider to release the funds)
